COVID Protocol Statement

The Saint Kosmas Conference administration cares about the health and safety of all our conference staff and attendees. We have taken the following measures to be able to observe all COVID protocols that may be required at the time of the 2021 Saint Kosmas Conference in April to comply with the laws of the state of Arizona, the COVID regulations of Pinal County, and the directives of the Orthodox Church.

1) We have secured over 10,000 square feet of indoor meeting room space at the Gold Canyon Golf Resort and approximately the same amount of outdoor meeting space as well. This amount of space will easily allow us to accommodate social distancing protocols if required at the time of our conference. We will be utilizing the following venues at the Gold Canyon Golf Resort: Kiva Board Room, Kachina Room, Geronimo Room, Towne Hall Square Complex, The Ballroom, Towne Hall Pavilion, and Upper Towne Hall, as well as surrounding lawn areas. 2) We have arranged for all meals to be served in individual boxed containers and served outdoors. Outdoor dining will take place in the Towne Hall Pavilion and the lawn areas of the Towne Hall Square complex. This will allow us to follow the strictest food service protocols if required, and will also be very practical for families with children. COVID Cancellation Policy

If government regulations related to COVID force a cancellation of the 2021 Saint Kosmas Conference, (OR if the 2021 Saint Kosmas Conference is cancelled for any reason), all registration payments will be refunded in full automatically, guaranteed. Based on the history of the Arizona governor's response to COVID during 2020, we do not anticipate this happening. Gold Canyon Golf Resort is located in Pinal County and is therefore subject to the COVID regulations of Pinal County, and not the COVID regulations of Maricopa county.

General Registration
Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies only to general registration and does NOT apply to exhibitor registration. For exhibitor cancellation policy, please scroll down.

FOR CANCELLATIONS BY THE CONFERENCE HOST:

If government regulations related to COVID force a cancellation of the 2021 Saint Kosmas Conference, (OR if the 2021 Saint Kosmas Conference is cancelled for any reason), all registration payments will be refunded in full automatically, guaranteed. Based on the history of the Arizona governor's response to COVID during 2020, we do not anticipate this happening. Gold Canyon Golf Resort is located in Pinal County and is therefore subject to the regulations of Pinal County, and not the regulations of Maricopa county.

FOR CANCELLATIONS BY THE GENERAL REGISTRANT:

All cancellations must be received in writing at saintkosmasconferences@gmail.com.

Cancellations or changes received during January 2021 are eligible to receive a full refund, minus the Pay-Pal transaction fee that was deducted.

Cancellations or changes received during February 2021 or March 2021 are eligible for the following options: (option 1) receive a full roll-over credit to use at the 2022 Saint Kosmas Conference, OR (option 2) the cancelled registration value can be donated/sold/transferred to another family or individual to use for the 2021 Saint Kosmas Conference.

Cancellations or changes received during April 2021 are eligible to receive a 50% roll-over credit to use at the 2022 Saint Kosmas Conference. Cancellations or changes received during April 2021 are NOT eligible for any refund or transfer to another family.

FOR CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY THE EXHIBITING COMPANY:

This cancellation policy applies only to exhibitor registrants and NOT to general registrants. There is a separate cancellation policy for general registrants. All cancellations or changes must be received in writing at saintkosmasconferences@gmail.com.

To change who will be the registered exhibitor on-site at the conference:

  • January 2021 through April 2021: no monetary transaction will take place with this change, but the company will need to submit a request for this change, and resubmit the online exhibitor registration form with the name and contact information of the new exhibitor.

To add additional exhibitors to the exhibitor package (Deadline is March 31, 2021):

  • January 2021 - March 2021: resubmit the online exhibitor registration form and pay for the additional exhibitor.

  • April 2021: No additional exhibitors may be added during the month of April.

To reduce the number of "additional exhibitors" from the exhibitor package:

  • January 2021 or February 2021: no refund, but the company is eligible to receive a full roll-over credit for the 2022 Saint Kosmas Conference. Transfers are allowed. The company is eligible to change who will be the registered exhibitor.

  • March 2021: no refund, but the company is eligible to receive a 50% roll-over credit for the 2022 Saint Kosmas Conference. Transfers are allowed. The company is eligible to change who will be the registered exhibitor.

  • April 2021: no refund, no roll-over credit. Transfers are allowed. The company is eligible to change who will be the registered exhibitor.

For complete cancellation of participation at the 2021 Saint Kosmas Conference by the exhibiting company:

  • January 2021 or February 2021: no refund, but the company will receive a full roll-over credit for the 2022 Saint Kosmas Conference

  • March 2021: no refund, but the company will receive a 50% roll-over credit for the 2022 Saint Kosmas Conference

  • April 2021: no refund, no roll-over credit

To add a full-page color advertisement for the printed program or change the image file for the advertisement:

  • January 2021 - February 2021: color advertisements may be added or changed during the months of January and February. To purchase an advertisement, resubmit the online exhibitor registration form and pay for the full-page color advertisement.

  • March 2021: new advertisements will be accepted during the month of March, but no changes will be accepted during the month of March on image files previously submitted.

  • April 2021: No color advertisements for the program may be added or changed during the month April.

To cancel a full-page color advertisement in the program (Deadline is February 28, 2021):

  • January 2021 - February 2021: no refunds, no roll-over credits, but the company has the option to have the ad withheld from the program (without refund).

  • March 2021 - April 2021: no refunds, no roll-over credits, no option to remove the ad from the program.

Waiver of Liability & Photo Release for Participation in the Children’s Program & Youth Recreation Activities of the 2021 Saint Kosmas Conference

WAIVER OF LIABILITY for Saint Kosmas Orthodox Education Association

I agree that I, my heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I now, or may hereafter have, whether now known or unknown, against the Saint Kosmas Conference or Saint Kosmas Orthodox Christian Education Association, its employees, agents, and volunteer workers, for any injuries suffered by me or my child (children) named in this registration form in connection with participating in the Saint Kosmas Conference. The Saint Kosmas Conference or Saint Kosmas Orthodox Education Association will not be responsible for the loss or theft of personal items.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY for Gold Canyon Golf Resort

I agree that I, my heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I now, or may hereafter have, whether now known or unknown, against the Gold Canyon Golf Resort, its employees and agents, for any injuries suffered by me or my child (children) named in this registration form in connection with participation in the Children's Program Recreational Activites of the Saint Kosmas Conference. 

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE for Saint Kosmas Orthodox Education

I, the undersigned participant and/or parent or guardian of the minor participant, give my permission to have photo/video taken, without recompense during Saint Kosmas Conference activities and used for publicity purposes.

2021 Saint Kosmas Arizona Conference EXHIBITOR INFORMATION & APPLICATION

The 2021 Saint Kosmas Conference Curriculum Fair will take place in the 4000 square foot Grand Ballroom of the Gold Canyon Golf Resort in Gold Canyon, Arizona from Thursday, April 15 through Saturday, April 17.

Exhibitor Set-Up: Thursday, April 15, 2021: 2:00-4:00 P.M.

Curriculum Fair Open to Registered Conference Attendees:
Thursday, April 15, 2021: 4:00 P.M. - 9:30 P.M.
Friday, April 16, 2021: 8:00 A.M. - 9:30 P.M.
Saturday, April 17, 2021: 8:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M.

Exhibitor Take-Down: Saturday, April 17, 2021: 1:00-2:00 P.M.

$330 — Basic Exhibitor Package with 1 Table
