Anna Johnson and her husband, Gregory, have been married for 29 years. They’ve been blessed with eight children, ranging in age from 8 to 28.
Anna began homeschooling their eldest child in 1996, and has continued since that time — for 26 years! — to homeschool all of their children. Their eldest daughter is now married, and pursuing a graduate degree in clinical counseling. Their eldest son graduated from college and married in the last year. Their third child is a junior in college. The younger five are still being educated at home.
During their early homeschooling years, Gregory’s military career took the family to several states and Europe. After being received into the Orthodox Church in Virginia in 2013 and then spending many years in the Pacific Northwest, the Johnsons now call Arizona home as they have recently relocated to the Safford area. Anna enjoys traveling, baking, crocheting, reading, and many outdoor activities with her family.
