“Saint Kosmas Orthodox Christian Education Association is carrying out the most important work today of guarding, guiding, and enlightening our Orthodox children and families in the Orthodox Way of education and formation, and they are doing in a most wonderful way. The conferences are exceptionally thought-out and run—a real oasis not only in the world at large but even within the Church in North America. I loved being a part of them when I was in the US. We all need to make Orthodox Education and spiritual formation of our young our top priority and the Saint Kosmas Conferences is the place to do that!”

About Archpriest Peter Heers, D.Th.
Fr. Peter Heers is the founder and current head of Uncut Mountain Press, the founder and head of The Orthodox Ethos, and is on the faculty for Holy Trinity Seminary’s Certificate of Theological Studies Program. Fr. Peter has undergraduate, master's and doctoral degrees in Dogmatic Theology from the Theological School of the University of Thessalonica. Fr. Peter has authored and translated many books, articles, and academic papers and he offers online courses through his Orthodox Ethos platform. Archives of his lectures, online courses, sermons, and podcasts can also be accessed through his YouTube channel. Fr. Peter is married and has five children. He was ordained to the priesthood in 2003.
